Previous Upgrade

Sunday, January 24th, 2010 at 10:00 PM
This upgrade contains another email integration improvement, and a few other changes/bug fixes.
  • Enhancement: Added the ability to reply to a task, project or file comment using email.
    • OnePlace notifies you via email (if you have your preferences set up this way) whenever a new comment is posted on a task, project or file. Now, simply by replying to the email using your email application, you can add your own comment to that task, project or file.
    • Click here for more details.
  • Change: Changed the way the current user's status is shown in the header of the page.
    • If you don't enter a specific status, your status will now say either 'Available' or 'Not Available', instead of 'Status not shared or specified'. Your status will only say 'Not Shared' if you have truly chosen not to share it.
  • Change: Added a message to the Home page explaining how to add panels if no panels are currently displayed.
  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue in discussions, where the global keyboard shortcut keys would accidentally fire as you were entering a new message in a discussion.
  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where a 'task completed' notification could be sent to someone who no longer had access to that task.
    • This could happen when someone who created a task within a team account was removed from that account, and the task was then completed by someone else.
    • This issue only affected the notifications. This person who was incorrectly sent the notification did not have access to this task referenced by the notification.
