Trash

Another way to clean up your view is to trash things you no longer need. With a couple of minor exceptions, OnePlace allows you to trash any of your data. When something is trashed, it's not yet gone for good. You can always restore a trashed item provided it still exists in your trash. If you want to delete something for good, trash it first, then go into your trash and permanently delete it.

  2. Click on the Trash action icon (trash bin icon)
To restore/delete something, do the following:
  1. Click on the Trash icon (trash bin icon) in the Quick Links area of the right sidebar
  2. Locate the item you want to restore/delete
  3. Hover the mouse cursor over the item's title
  4. Click either the Restore action icon (green arrow icon) or the Delete action icon (red "X" icon)
You can also bulk restore/delete things in your trash, by individually checking multiple things, or by using the "Select:" options to check a group of things. Once you have one or more items checked, the Restore and Delete buttons become available for you to use to perform the bulk restore/delete operation.

You can also empty your trash completely by clicking the Empty Trash button.

OnePlace will automatically delete items that have been in the trash more than 30 days. You should not treat the trash as a permanent place to keep things.
