Introduction

Teammate Pages are a great way within OnePlace to see at a glance what your teammates are up to. A teammate page is like viewing your Home page, but instead of being focused on you, it is focused on a specific teammate. This view shows you information that you share with this teammate, such as tasks, projects and files. You can also get personal information about a teammate, such as that person's phone number, email address, social networking info, and more.

There are two ways to view a teammate page — one way is to click on a teammate in the Teammates panel on your Home page. Another way is to click on a teammate's name wherever you see that name shown within OnePlace (e.g. within a discussion, as the 'Assigned to' on a task, as the 'Manager' of a project, etc.).

Customizing a Teammate Page

Just like you can with your Home page, you can also customize your view of a teammate's page. You can add and remove panels, move panels using drag and drop, and expand or collapse panels. These customizations apply to all of your teammate pages. You can't for example customize Cindy's teammate page differently from George's teammate page.

Customizations you make only affect your view of that teammate's page — they do not affect how that person views his or her Home page.

About [Teammate] Panel

The About [Teammate] panel lists personal information that a teammate is sharing about him or herself. The information you enter in the Settings | Personal Profile dialog is shared with your teammates when they view your teammate page.

Files that [Teammate] is working on Panel

The Files [Teammate] is working on panel displays the files that this teammate currently has checked out.

[Teammate]'s Deadlines Panel

The [Teammate]'s Deadlines panel displays the projects and tasks for a teammate that are overdue or due within the next three days. This panel shows projects that this teammate is the manager of, and tasks that this teammate is assigned to.

[Teammate]'s Projects Panel

The [Teammate]'s Projects panel displays the status of projects that a teammate manages, or projects that contain work assigned to this teammate.

[Teammate]'s Scheduled Tasks Panel

The [Teammate]'s Scheduled Tasks panel displays tasks that your teammate have scheduled for either today, or beginning with today and going out through the end of the work this person has scheduled. Note that you can only see tasks on this schedule that you share with this person. You cannot see work this person has scheduled that you do not share.
