Introduction
OnePlace has a dedicated mode for allowing you to create several different types of reports that can be printed directly from your browser. You can access the reports mode by clicking the Reports button in the global toolbar at the top of the page.

Note that you can also access many of the reports described here via the "Actions" panels for individual items (workplaces, projects, tasks, lists, etc). Wherever you see the
icon, you can generate a printer-friendly report of that item.
To get started creating a report, first choose one of the available reports in the list on the left side of the page. OnePlace will walk you through the steps necessary to set up the report you chose. This is shown on the right side of the page. In the example below, we are creating a project report, and the first step is to choose the project we want to report on. Once we've selected the project we want, click the Next button at the bottom of the page.

Shown below is the second and last step for setting up a project report. On the last step for each report type, there is a Generate button. When you click this button, OnePlace will generate the selected report based on your set up criteria, and display a printer-friendly version in a separate window.

Project Report
The Project Report displays details about a specific project, including information about sub-projects, discussions, tasks, lists and notes that are attached to the project. Another helpful section of the Project report is the Resource Utilization section, which shows how work is assigned out to your team, as well as the status of that work.

Tasks Report
The Tasks report provides a flexible way to identify a set of tasks based on your search criteria.

Weekly Timesheet Report
The weekly timesheet report displays the time that someone spent working on tasks over the span of a week (Sunday through Saturday). By default, the report will display your timesheet for the current week, however you can configure the report to show you someone else's timesheet, and you can choose a different week if you like. Note that when viewing someone else's timesheet, you will only see tasks on the timesheet that you have visibility to (i.e. tasks that belong to workplaces that you share with this person).

Exporting a Weekly Timesheet
You can export the Weekly Timesheet report to a CSV (comma-separated values) file. The way that you access this feature is by clicking the Export button at the bottom of the Weekly Timesheet setup screen (called out in the screen shot below).

When you click the Export button, OnePlace will generate a CSV file containing your timesheet information, and then display the following dialog. You can download the file by clicking the Download button.

Export File Format
The CSV file has the following format:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| row_type |
Defines the type of information contained in a row of the file. Possible values:
|
| workplace | The name of a workplace containing tasks that were worked on during the week. |
| project | The title of a project for a task that was worked on during the week. This title includes the titles of all ancestor projects for the task. |
| task | The title of a task that was worked on during the week |
| day1, day2, day3, day4, day5, day6, day7 | These fields represent the seven days/dates in the timesheet. If the row_type is "dates", these fields contain the actual dates for the timesheet. For all other row_types, these fields contain the effort (hours) applied on each date. |
| total_effort | Contains a summed effort (hours). The value contained in this field is associated with the row_type, meaning it can contain the total effort for a workplace, a task, or the timesheet as a whole. |
Weekly Schedule Report
The Weekly Schedule Report allows you to run a report to see the list of tasks you have scheduled in a specific week, as well as the sum of estimated effort for those tasks that are scheduled. You are also able to view your teammates' schedules as well, to keep track of the time they have scheduled per indicated week.
Workplace Report
The workplace report displays statistical information about the status of work within the workplace, as well as information about the progress of projects within the workplace.
