Workplace Portal
Introduction
Each workplace has an associated portal that members of the workplace can use to interact with the workplace. This feature is useful if you have some members of your workplace who only use OnePlace to collaborate with you in a single workplace, and you want to give them a dedicated, focused view of the workplace without the rest of OnePlace.
Setting up the Portal
To enable the portal for a workplace, you must enter a unique short name for the workplace. The short name is used to construct the web address (url) for the portal.
A person who uses the portal will sign directly into the portal via the web address for the portal. While inside a portal, a user cannot access any data that he/she may normally have access to within OnePlace that does not belong to this workplace. The portal is focused strictly on the workplace.
Note that the workplace portal is branded with your team's logo if one has been uploaded for your team account.
