Archive
OnePlace strives to provide you with a way to view what's important to you right now. Part of helping you accomplish this is the archive feature, which allows you to move things off your working view, and to a trusted place.

Uses for archive include archiving completed tasks or projects, and archiving discussions that have been concluded.
To archive something, do the following:
- Hover the mouse cursor over its title
- Click on the Archive action icon (vault icon)
- Go into the Archive by clicking the Archive link in the menu along the top right of the page
- Locate the item you want to restore/trash
- Hover the mouse cursor over the item's title
- Click the Restore action icon (green arrow icon). This will make this item (along with anything associated with this item) visible once again within the workplace where this item was originally located.
You can use the Filter control to only show certain types of things in the Archive. For example, if you select "Projects" in the Filter drop down, you will only see the projects that you and your teammates have archived. Using the filter is a quick way to find something that you previously archived. You can also use OnePlace's Search feature to help you find things that you've archived.
Note: When you archive a project, you will only see the project listed in the Archive. Things that belong to the project, such as sub-projects, tasks, files, etc., will not be listed individually in the Archive. If you want to see/access the things within an archived project, you will need to first restore the project from the Archive, and then go to the workplace where the project is located. The same rules apply when you archive an entire workplace (you'll only see the workplace in the Archive).
Bulk Actions
You can also bulk restore/trash things in your archive. To do this, select one or more things in the table, and then click the Bulk Actions button to choose one of the bulk actions you can perform.

The Archive also contains view settings controls which can be used to filter, sort and group the items shown. For example, you can apply a filter to the archive to only view archived tasks.
